**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of experience in software development or DevOps engineering, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce platform.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, with significant expertise in Copado.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Visualforce).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce DX and Salesforce CLI.
- Expertise in source code management with Git (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and branching strategies for CI/CD.
- Familiarity with quality assurance measures, including automated testing and static code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube, PMD, Checkmarx).
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience in estimation techniques for development and deployment efforts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- English B2+ level.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Copado Administrator or Copado Consultant certifications highly preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
- DevOps and Cloud Security certifications or relevant coursework.
- Experience with other CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) in addition to Copado.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce (e.g.,

- Certifications in specific Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Permissions and Data Visibility controls in a deployment context.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer, configure, and optimize Copado environments, pipelines, and best practices to streamline development and release processes.
- Automate deployment, testing, static code analysis, and quality gates within the Copado pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient, deployable, and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce DX and CLI for source-driven development and automation.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, peer code reviews, comprehensive testing, and quality assurance, automating checks where possible within the pipeline.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex CI/CD pipeline issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Apex tests,

- Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery and integrate them into automated pipelines.
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables, especially related to deployments.
