**Objetivo de la posición**:_ _Apoyar en las actividades administrativas y operativas a los especialistas de Tráfico, Empaque, en temas Aduanales y de Transporte de materiales a través de los diferentes medios; aéreo, marítimo, terrestre, embalaje, aduanas etc.
**Requisitos**:
- **Escolaridad**:_Recien egresados_**en Lic. Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería de transporte o afín.
- **Idioma**: _Inglés Avanzado._
**Actividades**:
- Realizar funciones de administración para procesar documentos en los diferentes sistemas volvo Apoyar en el seguimiento de embarques de embalaje, inbound y outbound, importación, exportación y distribución local.
- Brindar el soporte para generar y programar recolecciones y salidas, así como despachos de las mercancías
- Apoyar en la revisión de pedimentos y liberación de operaciones de aduana.
- Colaborar en las cuentas de gastos para embalaje, aduana y tráfico.
- Verificar la actualización de las bases de datos/ Captura de Datos
- Ayudar al seguimiento a reclamos ante compañía aseguradora.
- Seguimiento con Forwardes, líneas transportistas, agentes aduanales, para el arribo en la carga y descarga de las mercancías.
- Apoyo en elaboración de reportes y kpi.
- Soporte en programación de arribos con almacen general y/o Embalaje.
- Seguimiento a discrepancias con almacenes general y/o embalaje.
