We are looking for a **Senior React Developer** to join a global team maintaining and extending an **internal customer support platform** that supports a major **cryptocurrency trading system**. The platform is built entirely in **TypeScript**, with separate frontend and backend repositories hosted on **GitLab**, and uses **GitLab CI/CD pipelines** for integration and deployment.
You will play a key role in developing scalable, high-quality interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring an exceptional user experience, while collaborating closely with engineers, QA, and management teams distributed across multiple time zones.
Experience with **Node.js** for backend development is considered a strong plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and integrate **RESTful APIs** and work closely with backend teams to ensure data consistency.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and well-structured user interfaces using **Material UI (MUI)** and **styled-components**.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure code quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize frontend performance, and contribute to architectural improvements.




- Collaborate effectively in a distributed, cross-functional team environment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to best practices within the team.
**Qualifications**

5+ years** of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Strong proficiency in **React.js**, **TypeScript**, and **JavaScript (ES6+)**.
- Deep understanding of **React Hooks**, **Context API**, and **Redux Toolkit**.
- Proficiency in **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and responsive design principles.
- Experience working with **RESTful APIs**, and familiarity with **GraphQL** or **Next.js** is a plus.
- Experience with **Node.js** and **Express.js** for backend development is a **strong advantage**.
- Experience working with **MongoDB** or other NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Solid understanding of **testing**, **CI/CD**, and **version control (Git/GitLab)**.
- Exposure to **cloud environments** (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of **WCAG accessibility standards** and **performance optimization techniques**.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in distributed teams.
