Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English? Join our dynamic team as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting audit operations across the region. This hybrid position (3 days/week in our Mexico City office) offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, manage logistics, and drive process efficiencies.
- Communicate assessment dates, updates, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain team assignments and update the company database to ensure productivity and prioritization.
- Prepare expense quotations and arrange logistics for audits, including translators, travel, and equipment.
- Track incoming reports and update internal systems accordingly.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks within the assigned region.
- Conduct internal audits of regional files in compliance with quality system requirements.
- Support the Operations Manager with expense tracking and cost projections, including Profit & Loss reporting.
- Monitor auditor activity, productivity, and overtime; submit reports for management review.
- Compile auditor performance metrics such as turnaround time, report quality, and field data.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify and implement process and cost efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer support or operations.
- **Fluent English**(spoken and written) is **required**.
- Experience with **Salesforce**or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to forecast and interpret data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional **organizational and planning skills**; attention to detail is critical.
