_ To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Quality Engineer_ located in _Aguascalientes_
_ The _Quality Engineer_ is responsible for monitoring the product/process Quality, Process _Validation/Qualification_ of the new and current assembly lines, ensuring that Quality Management System and Customer requirements are met._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Monitors the Quality of the product(s) assigned evaluating the results against the ones agreed with the Customer or defined Internally._
- _ Work together with the Engineers from other departments to find root causes and define actions to the problems that are generated during the processes._
- _ Develop Instructions for inspection, testing and evaluation of the products and processes assigned._
- _ Assure data availability and integrity for all quality related data as well as consolidating data in quality reports._
- _ Initiate corrective actions requests as needed and tracking until completion._
- _ Managing of Quality Inspectors on daily activities._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related._
- _ Experience is a plus as Quality Engineer or similar role._
- _ Knowledge in statistics._
- _ Knowledge in Core Tools._
- _ Knowledge in Problem Solving Methodologies._
- _ People Management is a plus._
- _ Intermediate English_
- _ Knowledge in Quality Systems is a plus._
- _ Knowledge in _Corrective/Preventive_ Actions is a plus._
- _ Knowledge in New Products Introduction is a plus._
