- Medical device company in the Pacific region, Industrial & Production Engineer Intern, onsite position, Location Pacific Area.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- **
Cycle Time & Process Analysis**: Conduct detailed cycle time studies to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement across production lines.
- **Process Documentation & Visual Management**:Create and maintain process flow maps, standard work documents, and visual management tools to support consistent operations.
- **5S & Workplace Organization Support**:Conduct**5S audits, monitor follow-up actions, and promote workplace organization and safety.
- **Data Collection & CI Metrics Tracking**:Gather and analyze production data (OEE, downtime, scrap) to track performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Projects**:Participate in Kaizen events, contribute to root cause analysis, and assist in developing reports and improvement action plans.-:
Experiência y requisitos
- **Hard Skills**:
- An** Industrial Engineering student**
- **English 80%**
- **Knowledge or experience with cycle time analysis, process mapping, and value stream mapping**
- Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing** and Continuous Improvement (CI) principles.
- **Proficiency in Excel**, data collection,



and basic statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with** OEE tracking, 5S, methodology, and visual management systems.**
- **Ability to use CAD** or process design tools (preferred, depending on project scope)-
