We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to pre-screening, evaluating, and supporting hiring decisions. The idóneo candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a strong candidate experience and supporting administrative recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial phone/video screenings

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle

Manage recruitment documentation and candidate data

Support structured interview processes and competency-based assessments

Conduct reference and background checks

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

Generate recruitment and interviewing reports

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field (preferred)

+1yr Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Excellent English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities
