Lead maintenance operations across three manufacturing facilities, ensuring maximum equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Manage maintenance teams, mold maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.
Drive equipment upgrades, automation projects, new production line installations, and manufacturing support projects while maintaining budget control.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators including MTBF, MTTR, preventive maintenance compliance, and equipment downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing operations

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field).
Strong experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
Proven knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Hands-on experience with automation, PLCs, injection molding equipment, or similar production machinery.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
