In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract management processes, ensuring that contracts are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage and negotiate contracts with customers
Provide comprehensive contractual support with respect to standard and 3rd party Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs)
Identify and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
Communicate and negotiate with Honeywell customers
Advise internal clients regarding contractual requirements and Honeywell standards
Support Contract Managers in contract administration, data inputting, and patent reporting
Interface with various internal business functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, Program Management, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain teams
Draft and execute certifications necessary for . government contracting
Ability to prioritize work and coordinate multiple tasks within strict time constraints

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or a related field
2+ years of experience in contract management or a related field
Strong negotiation and communication skilld
Good knowledge of contract law and understanding of intellectual property protection
Sound business judgment and strong problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written)
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to function as a member of a virtual team
