**Role definition**:
Responsible for providing leadership and oversight to ensure the distribution center meets its operational goals, including budget adherence and cost efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make operational decisions under management guidance to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
- Supervise and inspire distribution center staff through coaching, training, clear communication of expectations, and recognition of outstanding performance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement standards for productivity, quality, and service; identify and resolve issues; contribute performance insights to strategic planning.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
**Required education**:




- Completed degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- Intermediate/Advanced English

**Additional Information**:
- This position will be located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
- Work schedule is Monday through Saturday.
- Availability to work rotating shifts
- Relocation is not offered.
