Job Summary
_ To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Material Planning Analyst _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Develop and implement production plans to achieve production goals._
- _ Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure alignment of material supply with production needs._
- _ Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control strategies to minimize excess and stockout risks._
- _ Collaborate with sites to ensure stability and cost-effectiveness of material supply._
- _ Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance supply_
- _ Manage the timeline and budget of production and material planning projects._
- _ Participate in the development and optimization of production processes to reduce waste and improve productivity._
- _ Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations._
- _ Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



to assess the effectiveness of planning activities._
- _ Prepare and present planning reports, including production forecasts, material analysis, and improvement suggestions._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Solid experience in production and material planning or a related field._
- _ Familiarity with production planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems._
- _ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
- _ Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment._
- _ Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with staff at all levels._
- _ Advanced Excel skills, with experience in ERP or related supply chain management software preferred._
- _ Ability to work independently and collaborate with others._
