**Ansell is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Queretaro!**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and segment marketing databases across regions.
- Generate performance reports and propose improvements to increase engagement and open rates.
- Ensure accurate **lead management flow** between Marketo, Salesforce, and social media campaigns.
- Plan and execute webinars in collaboration with Sales and Digital teams.
- Train speakers on ON24 platform and manage attendee tracking, reporting, and lead assignment.
- Support regional trade shows and the annual LAC Kickoff event, including vendor coordination, materials, branding, budgeting, and logistics.
- Manage A&P; budget documentation and supplier invoicing.
- Assist in organizing marketing materials and distributor contacts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing or Business**.
- **Strong knowledge of Marketo** (or equivalent marketing automation platform); Marketo Admin Certification will be required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel (~10%).
