About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, bilingual, and adaptable Client Services & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City (CDMX). This role functions like a business-focused assistant, supporting daily operations by creating client lists, coordinating guides/hosts, and ensuring smooth pickup logistics. The coordinator will also provide customer service support, assist in the bodega when needed, handle money responsibly, and perform errands or driving tasks using company vehicles.
Flexibility is key—this position will evolve as company operations grow, and the coordinator should expect to take on different functions to keep the business running smoothly. Most importantly, the coordinator must be a problem solver, looking for ways to maximize effectiveness, streamline processes, and improve business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily client lists and assign them to guides/hosts
- Create and optimize morning pickup routes for clients
- Communicate with clients fluently in English and Spanish
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving client questions and ensuring smooth experiences
- Work closely with employees to coordinate logístical support
- Assist in the bodega occasionally: receive hosts, review supplies, and distribute materials
- Handle money responsibly in routine transactions (basic reconciliation, expense verification, or cash collection)
- Input information into Excel and maintain accurate records using Google Drive, OneDrive, and Mac systems
- Perform errands or driving tasks as needed, using company vehicles
- Prepare reports on operations, compliance, or observed inefficiencies (later-stage responsibility)
- Guide or report employee compliance and highlight operational fallacies when observed
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and professional workplace environment
- Maintain a presentable, clean, and professional appearance at all times
- Use WhatsApp Business, Google Maps/Waze, shared calendars, and cloud tools effectively for daily operations
- Support a workplace culture free of offensive language, inappropriate actions, or illegal operations
Work Hours
- Standard schedule: up to 48 hours per week, in line with Mexican labor law
- Must be available for early mornings, evenings, or split shifts depending on operational needs
- Overtime may be required and will be compensated according to Mexican labor law
Qualifications
- Fluent English and Spanish communication (mandatory)
- Valid English proficiency certification (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge or experience (expense verification, reconciliation, billing support)
- Proven reliability in handling money and sensitive information
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Drive, OneDrive, Mac systems,
and messaging/mapping apps
- Valid Mexican driver’s license (mandatory)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-cultural client and staff interactions
- Ability to adapt under pressure and handle unexpected changes in schedules or logistics
- Commitment to punctuality, safe driving practices, and professional conduct
- High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and teamwork
- Must be legally eligible to work in Mexico
- No criminal record / background check clearance required
Education Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma (Bachillerato)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism, Logistics, or related field
- Equivalent experience in operations, customer service, or accounting may substitute for formal education
Employment Terms
- Probationary period: 30 days initial, followed by an additional 60 days.
- IMSS registration and full compliance with Mexican labor law standards.
- Overtime will be compensated according to Mexican labor law.**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
