We are seeking a **Junior Architect / Production Draftsperson** with at least **1 year of professional experience** to support the production and documentation of residential construction projects. This is a **hands-on, execution-focused role**: you will begin immediately producing **construction drawings and renderings** for finalized architectural models.
This is not a conceptual or design-only position. The primary focus is **technical documentation, drafting, and production support** for real, build-ready projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce **architectural drawings and construction documents** based on approved designs
- Develop:
- Floor plans
- Sections and elevations
- Dimensioned drawings
- Basic construction details
- Support the creation of **renderings and 3D views** for internal and marketing use
- Work directly from redlines and instructions provided by the BIM Manager and Architect
- Update drawings efficiently based on feedback and coordination reviews
- Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and version control
- Support documentation needed for blueprint issuance and construction readiness
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum **1 year of professional experience** (internship or office experience acceptable)
- Academic background in **Architecture or related field** (student or recent graduate)




- Proficiency in:
- **AutoCAD**:
- **Revit**:
- Experience with at least one rendering tool (Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray, D5, or similar)
- Ability to produce clean, clear, and accurate drawings
- Comfortable working under deadlines and following established standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working on **residential or small-scale construction projects**:
- Familiarity with construction drawings and documentation sets
- Basic understanding of building systems (walls, roofs, doors, windows)
- Ability to take direction and execute without constant supervision
