Job Description Delivery Helper assists in the delivery of goods, ensures proper handling of items, and supports drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading goods
Ensure items are handled properly to avoid damage
Deliver items to customers locations as assigned
Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery
Keep delivery records and report issues to the driver or supervisor
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle
Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications:
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Punctual, responsible, and reliable
Basic knowledge of delivery routes
Good teamwork and communication skills
