**Job Description** About the Role**
This is an in-person role in Querétaro with one Home Office day per week, adecuado for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, execution-focused environment and wants to see a direct impact on revenue.
**What You’ll Do**
- Execute demand generation campaigns tailored to specific healthcare audiences and buyer personas
- Plan, build, promote, and report on **1-2 webinars per month**
- Maintain clean and accurate data within CRM and marketing systems
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
- Research competitors and market trends to inform ABM and campaign strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams
- Support outbound efforts through campaign briefs and sales alignment




- Contribute to other marketing operations and demand generation tasks as needed
**Qualifications** Qualifications**
**Required**
- **3+ years of marketing experience**, preferably in a **U.S.based B2B environment**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)**
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
**Tools & Platforms**
- Salesforce CRM
- Webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Goldcast, or ON24
- Project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
**Bonus Points**
- HubSpot workflows/automation/reporting experience
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Familiarity with ABM or verticalized marketing strategies
- B2B SaaS marketing experience (healthcare is a plus)
**Additional Information** Work Requirements (Must Meet)**
- Are **Mexican citizens or legally authorized to work in Mexico**, and
- Currently reside in **Querétaro** or are willing to relocate
