**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support teams in the development of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support in the creation of detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget.
- Support in tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all project stakeholders.
- Support in the creation of scorecards and plans follow ups regarding VOS Maturity Assessment
- Address issues and concerns raised by team members or stakeholders.
- Review that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support in the Development and management project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Track project expenses and report budget status to stakeholders.
- Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Review proper project closure, including documentation and handover.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Job Qualifications**:
- Ability to coach, teach and lead leaders to develop continuous improvement strategies, influence decision making,



and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant operations and functions.
- Strong leadership, organizational, project management and inter-personal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English
- Strong analytical skills, including the use of statistical modeling techniques, root cause analysis and other tools and methods typically deployed to drive operational improvements
- Process Driven and Continuous Improvement mindset
- Ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization to drive accountably and execution of VOS mindset and activities
- Passport & USA Visa (Tourist). On this position you will be required to travel frequently between the USA & MX sites.

**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**
