Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Develop and maintain supply plans for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment with demand planning inputs provided by Sales.
- Translate demand signals into accurate purchase and production requirements, driving timely placement of POs and manufacturing orders.
- Partner with Sourcing, Production, and Logistics teams to secure material availability, optimize vendor capacity, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), inbound shipments, and finished goods availability, escalating potential delays or shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with Inventory Management to balance stock levels, minimize excess, and prevent out-of-stocks.
- Provide supply-side inputs to the S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) process, identifying capacity constraints and proposing actionable solutions.
- Track supplier and factory performance against lead times, delivery commitments, and service-level metrics.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on supply status, PO tracking, inventory position, and capacity utilization.
- Partner with Merchandising, Sales, Planning, and Operations to support seasonal product launches, replenishment programs, and Never Out of Stock (NOOS) initiatives.
- Continuously improve supply planning tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
Experiência y requisitos




- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain function (preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry).
- Strong understanding of apparel product lifecycle, manufacturing lead times, and SKU complexity (styles, colors, sizes).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas); experience with ERP/MRP or planning software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence cross-functional partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
