The **Field Sales Engineer** will be responsible for promote **TOX®** products and equipment, keeping existing customers and getting new ones keeping in mind the diversification of our business and if it’s possible installing, troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining **TOX®** assembly machinery at our customer’s manufacturing plants.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Follow up with customer each opportunity in the system keeping our CRM (Salesforce) updated.
- Keep maximum 10% weekly due date opportunities on the system.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying process and product quality gaps and providing solutions when possible
- Strategically sale and promote, educate and market TOX products and services to customer
**Requirements for experienced Field Sales Engineer**:
- English level minimum B1/B2
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
- 5-10 years of technical selling expertise




- Exposure to fastening techniques and solutions
- Time management
- CRM experience
- Ability to demonstrate technical selling expertise - Direct Selling
**Preferred but not required experience**:
- Engineering degree (mechanic/mechatronic) and engineering/technical background in equipment is critical to gain the customers confidence
- SAP experience
- 3D background. Preferably Pro E Creo 3.0
- Experience servicing industrial equipment troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and automated machine functions, hydraulic assembly machinery
- Knowledge of servo motors and drives
- Ability to utilize a troubleshooting methodology pertaining to electro-mechanical assemblies
- Knowledge and understanding of PLC’s and HMIs
- Knowledge and understanding of Servo Motors and motion control
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to conduct tests and inspections of equipment using pressure, mechanical, or electronic testing equipment
- Knowledge of safe working practices, emergency procedures and possible dangerous situations

- Position status:_ Full time, ability to accommodate overtime as needed
- Time:_ 8:00am-5:00pm
