**The Impact You'll Make**:
As our **Intern - Talent Acquisition (Corporate Functions)**, you’ll play a key role in supporting Danfoss’s mission to attract and engage top talent across our general organisation.
You’ll collaborate with experienced HR professionals across regions, taking ownership of administrative and sourcing tasks, and gaining valuable real-world experience in a **global, learning-focused, and people-driven**environment.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- **Perform**administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- **Coordinate**background checks and medical exams in line with internal processes.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Currently enrolled**in a university program with at least one year left before graduation.
- **Advanced English**skills (B2, C1, or C2 conversational level).
- **Interest**in HR, recruitment, and people processes; previous experience is a plus but not required.
- **Attention to detail**and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
- **Curiosity and willingness to learn**, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
