**Enterprise Account Executive**:

**WHAT YOU DO**
- **Discovery Mastery**: Meet with potential clients to deeply understand their unique business requirements, "pain points," and current digital maturity.
- **Opportunity Mapping**: Translate a client's needs into a clear vision of how Google Workspace and Gemini AI can add **real value** to their business.
- **Relationship Acceleration**: Build immediate trust and long-term contact with stakeholders, acting as a knowledgeable partner rather than a typical salesperson.
- **Collaborative Handover**: Work closely with our PO to ensure the solutions we propose are scalable and perfectly aligned with the client’s shop floor or office reality.
- **Strategic Growth**: Help us refine our lead-qualification strategies in the Vietnamese market by providing feedback on what local businesses truly need.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- **Consultative Mindset**: You are an experienced professional who enjoys the "detective work" of understanding a business from the inside out.
- **Tech Enthusiast**:



You have broad experience selling Google Products or cloud solutions and you are passionate about Google Workspace, the Cloud-Native and AI ecosystem, you also understand that Workspace is the heartbeat of a modern organization.
- **Communication skills & culture**: You possess exceptional communication skills and have experience working across the APAC region.
- **Conscientious & Reliable**: Others enjoy working with you because you take ownership of the client journey from the very first meeting.
- **Language Skills**: You are fluent in **English** (written and spoken) & **Vietnamese** and ready to lead high-level business conversations. If you can speak Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa or Bysaia, that would be a great plus!
