**What You'll Do**
- **Own Your Pipeline** You run the full sales cycle from end to end strategic prospecting, high-volume outreach, technical pitching, objection handling, and closing. No half-measures, no hand-offs.
- **Open New Doors Daily** Execute targeted inbound and outbound calls to identify, qualify, and convert industrial leads. Every call is an opportunity. You treat it that way.
- **Build Lasting Accounts** Closing the deal is the beginning, not the end. You'll grow and manage your client portfolio through consistent, value-driven follow-up that turns first orders into long-term relationships.
- **Hit and Beat Your Numbers** Monthly KPIs are your benchmark, not your ceiling. The more you produce, the more you earn literally without a cap.
**What You Bring**
- **2+ years** of B2B phone sales experience industrial sector is a strong plus




- Sharp persuasion skills and command of objection handling you've heard every "no" and know how to move past it
- Fast technical learner you'll get up to speed on our product lines and speak credibly to industrial buyers
- **English C1** you'll work with international clients and operate fluently in both languages
- University degree (completed or currently enrolled)
- High energy, self-driven, and obsessively organized you manage your pipeline like a business, not a to-do list
