**Leadership and Engineering Management**
- Lead and develop engineering personnel.
- Supervise design engineers, production support engineers, and test engineers.
- Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Engineering and Project Management**
- Evaluate new engineering projects.
- Develop quotations for engineering and test design services.
- Manage process automation projects.
- Implement new technologies.
**Production, Operations, and Quality Support**
- Support production projects through component engineering activities.
- Provide Operations and Quality support with advanced problem-solving, including:
- Participation in DFT/DFM reviews.
- Risk evaluation and analysis to support decision-making in collaboration with the Quality department.
- High-level root cause analysis and problem resolution.
**Testing and Customer Collaboration**
- Work with customers to define product test scope.
- Conduct technical reviews of new testing technologies.
- Ensure manufacturability of test design projects.
**Manufacturing Processes and Systems**
- Define lean manufacturing processes in accordance with company standards.
- Control preventive maintenance and calibration activities based on the QM system.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor of Science in a technical field (Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related).
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, medical process validations, ergonomics, production line design, and implementation of new technologies and process automation.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
- US Valid Visa and Driver License
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
