**What You’ll Do**
As a **Sales Intern**, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless purchase experience for our clients by accurately processing sales orders and supporting revenue-generating activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Accurately process and enter new purchase orders into the CRM system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Track and manage sales orders from submission through fulfillment, ensuring no order is delayed or overlooked.
- Coordinate with internal teams and business center partners to support timely order fulfillment.
- Provide professional support to internal teams and external clients regarding order status and next steps.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services based on client business needs.
- Adhere to company processes, procedures, and quality standards while efficiently managing daily tasks and performance metrics.
- Use CRM and data tools to monitor performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute ideas for process enhancements.




- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Meeting Room, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client purchase experience.
**Who You Are**
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A strong communicator, written and verbal, with **high fluency in English (C1, C2 or native level)**.
- Proactive, accountable, and persistent—especially when managing multiple tasks or follow-ups.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
- Interested in sales operations, customer experience, revenue growth, or client-facing roles.
**Preferred but not required**:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
