**Web3 KOL / BD Operations**

**Job Overview**:Focused on handling BD (Business Development) operational needs, efficiently executing KOL collaborations and market strategies to support overseas business growth.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Demand Reception & Execution**:
- Serve as the bridge with the BD team, translating business cooperation requirements into actionable, implementable operational plans (e.g., event planning, resource integration).
- Collaborate with the team to manage the full lifecycle of KOL operations, including coordinating with other departments to provide data, landing pages (LP), events, content collaboration, and post-campaign performance reviews.
- **Strategy Development**:
- Based on industry trends and project goals, quickly develop and output operational strategies (community events, reward distribution, data optimization, etc.).
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and other departments to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of plans.




- **Cross-Time-Zone Support**:
- Adapt to versátil shift schedules to cover operational needs in European/American and Asian markets.
**Job Requirements**:
- Fluent in spoken Business English and fast/accurate typing for in-depth collaboration with overseas KOLs and teams.
- Strong resilience under pressure, skilled at handling multiple tasks in parallel and responding to urgent situations.
- Experience in Web3 / blockchain / overseas financial operations is preferred.
- Familiar with the operational rules and best practices of major overseas social/self-media platforms: YouTube, Twitter/X, Discord, etc.
**Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)**:
- Ability to perform on-chain data analysis.
- Possess an existing resource pool / network of KOLs in the Web3 space.
Pay: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
