Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Develop, implement, and control procedures for Environmental Protection and Environmental Improvement.
- May be responsible for the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee.
- Maintain an updated Plant contingency plan in coordination with Federal, State, and Municipal authorities, establishing Emergency Response Plans.
- Obtain and update operating permits with the corresponding government agencies.
- Recommend and oversee the purchase of safety materials and equipment for different areas of the Company.
- Audit measures and controls required by legal regulations, creating and managing related documentation.
- Communicate policies, internal procedures, and government regulations to Plant personnel and Corporate.
- Regulate the purchase and use of hazardous materials, as well as ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste generated within the Plant.
- Conduct performance evaluations of direct reports and recommend appropriate development plans.
- Validate and approve Environmental Function Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.




- 3-5 years of experience in Environmental Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments is preferred.
- Certification as a Lead or Internal Auditor in a Safety, Environmental, or Quality Management System.
- Experience with CAD or other drafting software (preferred).
- Knowledge of plant maintenance systems such as power supply, water systems, HVAC, compressed air, etc.
- Strong computer skills required, including but not limited to Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English.
