**Position Overview**
This role requires both creative execution and performance thinking.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain visual consistency across campaigns using strong typography, spacing, hierarchy, and layout principles.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to turn strategy into high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and suggest improvements.
- Organize templates, assets, and documentation so campaigns can scale efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Strong graphic design foundation (typography, layout, hierarchy, branding).
- Understanding of segmentation, automation, and campaign strategy.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
