Position Overview
We are currently hiring a **Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist** for a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This role is adecuado for professionals with strong English skills who enjoy structured administrative work, client communication, and working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients of U.S.based law firms. You will handle inbound calls in English and Spanish, conduct intake interviews, gather essential information, and accurately enter data into intake and case management systems.
**Important**: This is an on-site position in Guadalajara. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Conduct client intake interviews and gather accurate personal and case information
- Provide a positive and outgoing first impression for clients seeking legal assistance
- Enter and update information in CRM and intake systems with high attention to detail
- Perform administrative tasks related to the intake process
- Follow established workflows and internal procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while multitasking
**Requirements**:




- Advanced to fluent English (spoken and written)
- Clear pronunciation with a mínimal accent (“tiny accent”) for professional client communication
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation
Preferred Experience
At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
- Call center or high-volume phone support
- Customer service roles
- Administrative positions
- Intake or client support roles
- CRM systems or data entry
**Plus (not required)**:
- Experience working with U.S.based companies
- Legal intake or law firm support experience
