Role Description
FEXSO Logistics, Corp. is seeking a full-time Dispatcher for an on-site role located in Mexicali, BCN. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, assigning drivers to delivery routes, monitoring vehicle performance and delivery timelines, and managing schedules. The role includes real-time problem-solving, maintaining communication with drivers, and acting as a central point of contact for clients and partners. Additional responsibilities include updating dispatch logs,



ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing excellent service to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in logistics coordination, scheduling, and vehicle dispatch
- Strong communication skills for maintaining contact with drivers, clients, and team members
- Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail for maintaining dispatch logs and ensuring operational accuracy
- Familiarity with transportation safety regulations and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology, with a willingness to adapt to new systems
- Ability to work on-site in Mexicali, BCN
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
