**Production Engineer Jr. - Recent Graduates**
Manufacturing company is seeking high-potential **recent graduates** to join the team as a Production Engineer Jr., providing operational and administrative support to the production department.
**Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León**
**Salary: Up to $24,000 MXN gross per month**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Administrative support to production supervisors.
- KPI reporting and data analysis.
- Follow-up on purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor payments.
- Personnel incident control (attendance, overtime, vacations).
- Operational documentation control and organization.
- Preparation of reports and follow-up on action plans.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- **Intermediate-Advanced conversational English (required).**:




- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
- ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
