An Indirect Buyer is responsible for procuring goods and services that are not directly involved in the production process of a company’s products or services
**Tareas y responsabilidades**
Key ResponsibilitiesManage Indirect Spend: - Source and purchase non-production related goods and services. - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms. - Handle specific spend categories (e.g., IT, travel, marketing, facilities). - Identify savings opportunities through supplier consolidation, better contracts, or process improvements. - Negotiate and administer supplier contracts. - Work closely with internal departments to understand needs and align purchasing. - Ensure purchases comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Data Analysis & Reporting - Monitors spend data, prepare reports, and present insights to support strategic procurement.
**Estudios / Formación**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. - Experience: More than 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect sourcing. - Advanced English - SAP System Knowledge
