**Part-Time | Remote | Beauty & Wellness Industry**
We are a growing marketing company specializing in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. We manage multiple social media accounts and are looking for a highly organized Social Media Assistant to support our content production and influencer marketing efforts.
This role is adecuado for someone who understands short-form video content, trends, and influencer culture — and wants to grow within the beauty and wellness space.
**Responsibilities**
- Video Editing (Instagram Reels & TikTok)_
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software
- Add captions, hooks, trending audio, and on-screen text
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines (clean, modern, luxury aesthetic)
- Repurpose longer footage into engaging short clips
- Deliver content in correct formats and dimensions
- Influencer Outreach & Coordination_
- Research and identify influencers aligned with brand goals
- Conduct outreach
- Track conversations, deliverables, and deadlines
- Follow up to ensure content is posted correctly
- Organize and store UGC assets in Google Drive
- Administrative & Miscellaneous Support_
- Assist with content calendars




- Upload and schedule content in Meta Business Suite
- Help track engagement and basic performance metrics
- Support campaign launches and promotional initiatives
- Qualifications_
- Experience editing short-form social media content
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating professionally with influencers
- Experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, or wellness brands is an asset
- Familiarity with Google Drive and spreadsheets
- Understanding of luxury or premium brand positioning
