**Job Description: Graphic Designer**

**About the role**:As our Graphic Designer, you'll produce creative assets that support brand building, community engagement, and advertising campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, Facebook, Google Search, LinkedIn, Shopify, and more. You'll also design products for printing and manufacturing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Design**
- Create conversion-focused designs, including web banners, product images, and
- Amazon A+ content
- Design graphics for modern CMS platforms (Shopify, Squarespace)
- Develop mobile-first design solutions
- Create sales-focused static ads by optimizing existing templates
**Social Media Content**
- Design high-quality carousels, stories, and video thumbnails
- Create assets for A/B testing and continuous optimization




- Stay current with design trends and social media best practices
- Help evolve our brand's social media identity
**Campaign design and SEO knowledge**
- Technical knowledge of SEO
- Design campaigns end to end
**Qualifications**:
- **Expert proficiency** in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong e-commerce design principles with attention to conversion optimization
- Experience designing for mobile-first environments
- Proven ability to create high-quality social media graphics
- Experience with print file preparation and management
- Comfortable with async and remote work tools (Slack, Trello, Zoom)

- Shopify web design experience
- Newsletter design template experience (Klaviyo a plus)
- Squarespace experience
- Animation/motion graphics skills

**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday 100% Remote 9 am to 5 pm
