Organize, manage, and execute assembly operations within the framework of the methods and procedures established by the corporation to ensure compliance, quality standards, and timely delivery of the product to the customer.
Ensure that defined internal repair times and external supplier process times are met, as well as the timely arrival of materials to guarantee on-time assembly.
**Job Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Work Experience: More than 3 years in a manufacturing position.
- Specific Knowledge: Personnel management, leadership skills, aeronautics, production planning and control, lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Business Knowledge: Experience in aviation repair processes, manufacturing processes, and aeronautics.
Soft Skills: proactive, organized, responsible, focused on results

- Monitoring and tracking the progress of repairs.
- Monitoring and tracking material requirements and information requested by the client.
- Conflict resolution: process, clients, business partners.




- Monitoring the progress of process times by program and taking actions to maintain and/or improve them.
- Analysis and development of financial and production indicators by program or area.
- Development and monitoring of the Master Production Schedule.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of landing gear within defined standards.
