**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
We are currently looking for a full time Compliance Associate to join our growing team who will be responsible for Business and Consumer KYC, CDD, EDD and screening review.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Execute and analyze electronic Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Analyze alerts and identify suspicious behavior, as well as potential fraud patterns or emerging risks.
- Screen and verify Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctions lists, and client and beneficiary records, ensuring compliance at both the onboarding and transactional levels.
- Communicate with clients to request documentation, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure client records remain complete, accurate, and up to date through quality control processes and ongoing monitoring.
- Provide operational support to various internal Compliance teams, assisting with case management and resolution.
- Escalate identified risks or compliance issues in a timely manner, ensuring proper follow-up through to final resolution.




- Maintain clear and detailed documentation in accordance with record-keeping and retention policies.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all client files remain complete, up to date, and compliant with record retention policies and applicable regulatory standards.
- Meet performance metrics established by the general team and actively participate in feedback, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in compliance analysis, risk, audit, internal controls, or related fields.
- An associate degree is required (a bachelor’s degree is a plus), or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables effectively.
- Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage parallel tasks and accurately document resolutions.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong understanding of client needs.
- Demonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
**WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment.
- Overtime work as needed, based on operational requirements.
- 100% office-based work.
