**Introduction to Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement enterprise integrations and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Maintain and upgrade enterprise Linux-based platforms across multiple environments (11 platforms / ~60 servers)
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure failures affecting engineering teams
- Develop automation solutions (Python or similar) to reduce manual Business As Usual (BAU) activities and improve efficiency
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to standardize deployments
- Work with stakeholders to evaluate implementation options and recommend optimal technical solutions
- Collaborate effectively with general teams to support platform operations and delivery
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native environments
- Experience with Terraform (IaC) or similar infrastructure automation tools
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized workloads
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Experience with scripting (Bash and Python preferred) for automation
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and engineering teams
