We are seeking experienced trainers to conduct on-site sessions for manufacturing plant engineers in Manaus, Brazil. The objective of this program is to drive awareness and enable a shift in mindset toward adopting digital transformation practices within production teams. --- ### **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver 1-day Digital Transformation training sessions to manufacturing engineers
- Facilitate engaging, practical, and easy-to-understand learning experiences
- Adapt content delivery to suit plant-level workforce and operational realities
- Encourage mindset change toward digital adoption in manufacturing processes
- Participate in trainer onboarding and preparation sessions prior to delivery --- ### **Program Details**
- Cohort size: ~20 participants per batch




- Multiple cohorts (final count to be confirmed)
- Training duration: 1 day per cohort
- Tentative timeline: April / May (final schedule to be shared)
- Trainer onboarding/training will be provided --- ### **Required Qualifications**
- Fluency in (local dialect required)
- Background in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Operations
- Strong training, facilitation, or workshop delivery experience
- Ability to simplify digital transformation concepts for non-IT audiences
- Prior experience in Lean, Kaizen, or operational excellence is a plus --- ### **Preferred Skills**
- Exposure to Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, or Smart Manufacturing
- Experience training plant-level teams or shop-floor engineers
- Strong communication and engagement skills --- ### **Compensation**
