, t he Store Operations Manager will be responsible for execute and supervise all store operations processes aligned with local and regional policies and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the store. This position represents the brand as a Gucci ambassador, promoting its values and culture with high adherence to the GUCCI policies and guidelines.
**_How you will contribute _**
Reporting to the Store Director this position will contribute to business goals by implement and supervise the execution of the action plans to improve store operational performance.
In conjunction with the back of house team will work to Ensure inventory accuracy by planning frequent inventories, cycle counts, monitor store to store operations such as transfers, consolidations, exports, etc.
Guarantee the stores have the necessary supplies (stationery, beverages, uniforms, packaging material, material for shipments, etc.). to support day-to-day operations.
Maintain constant communication with corporate’s Operations and security areas to report any deviation/anomaly in store processes. Send security checklist and operations reports to corporate and regional office, as required.
**_Who you are? _**
- A proactive, detail oriented professional with at least 4 years of retail operations experience, with business administration, financial/economic or fashion background.
- An effective leader with good interpersonal skills, with ability to analyze information, identify business priorities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and excellent organizational skills.
- A professional with high degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team.
- An executive with high proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
- A flexible person willing to work in a retail schedule, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
