About Us:
La Clinica SC is a leading injury care provider with a mission to support patients through every step of their recovery journey. We offer specialized medical care, case management, and legal coordination services for individuals recovering from work, auto, personal, and sports injuries. We are expanding our team and are looking for two energetic, compassionate, and motivated professionals to join our Intake Team - Call Center.
Position Overview:
As a key member of our Intake Team, you will be the first point of contact for new patients. You’ll play a vital role in gathering essential information, scheduling appointments, and helping patients understand their care options. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires empathy, professionalism, and a strong desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule new patient appointments with MDs and chiropractors
- Communicate professionally with patients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance companies
- Assist with new patient follow-up care, missed appointments, and rescheduling
- Educate patients on their care plan and process




- Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Convert at least 95% of potential leads into scheduled patients
- Provide world-class customer service and seal the deal with confidence
- Track and understand KPIs and software tools used in intake
- Be a team player focused on solutions, not blame
- Represent and promote La Clinica’s values in every interaction
- Show compassion, understanding, and empathy in every call
- Manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities at once

Pay: From $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
