The project leader conducts ITS projects from requests to delivery, transfer to operations and closure. He/she is in charge to get from the architects the technical solution design, coordinate the project technical tasks including release and deployment tasks in respect of planning and costs.

- Manage projects by using the ITS methodology
- Drive the management of requests from the Business, functional domains: qualification and architecture design
- Organize, with service centers management, the ITS teams to propose a solution and a quotation for the need and request the validation of the appropriate authorities
- Define and implement the project dashboard
- Responsible of the project commitments: budget, planning, delivery, quality.
- Provide the workload for associated projects
- Control costs in accordance to the established budget
- Control quality of the deliverables and their match with the requirement specifications
- Control respect of contractual commitments in case of subcontracting




- Lead technical deployment of the solution and its hand over to the exploitation, to the maintenance, and the support
- Communicate with project team
- Coordinate the IS, business and contractors teams
- Ensure right documentation of the provided solution
- Implement and make sure your team implement measures of health, Safety and Environment necessary to keep the Physical integrity of your team.
- Promote and Participate on Safety Management System Culture.
