**Float Virtual Patient Care Coordinator**
**(Bilingual English/Spanish Required)**
**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule patients across multiple providers and clinic locations
- Review charts, referrals, and documentation to confirm scheduling eligibility
- Verify required information prior to scheduling (demographics, referral details, lien status, prior visits, etc.)
- Ensure patients are scheduled with the correct provider and location
- Assist with new patient referrals and related follow‑up tasks
- Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls professionally
- Communicate with patients, attorneys’ offices, and referral sources as needed
- Accurately document actions and updates in the EMR
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
**Required Skills & Qualifications**




- Minimum **1 year of medical scheduling or administrative experience**:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual setting
- EMR experience required (**EPIC preferred**)
- **Bilingual English/Spanish required**:
- Personal injury experience is a **plus**
