**The Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- Address and resolve customer concerns for parcel service and cost as they arise from our internal partners in Customer Success
- Manage a queue of projects, analyses, or disputes that may arise from Customers or Carriers regarding financial or service matters with Parcel
- Discover and address opportunities to reduce cost, to expand margin, and to improve reliability through parcel concerns that may be elicited from the data
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their transportation needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Manage parcel carrier performance, creating and using tools to aggregate tracking, in order to hold carriers accountable while distributing results to stakeholders
- Lead in development, growth, and productivity for one direct report
**Requirements**:
- Conversational English (B2, C1, C2)




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in transportation audit, with a focus on parcel and LTL
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in commercial reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Domo
- Proven track record of managing large volumes of logistics data, including identification and root cause analysis for exceptions
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software tools
- Experience in a 3PL or e-commerce environment
