Primary Responsibilities
Private Learning & Intellectual Development
- Curate and facilitate individualized learning experiences for the 8-year-old across core academic and creative domains
- Support early developmental milestones through play-based learning, sensory exploration, and language exposure for the 2-year-old
- Blend structured learning with real-world experiential education
Creative & Experiential Childhood Design
- Lead hands-on maker projects, art, craft, and creative problem-solving
- Design off-screen enrichment experiences
- Integrate nature exploration (ocean, jungle, outdoor discovery, travel environments)
Character, Emotional & Life Skills Development
- Model emotional regulation, kindness, and self-responsibility
- Support independence, confidence, and internal motivation
- Reinforce family values through daily lived practice
Lifestyle & Travel Integration
- Travel with the family when appropriate to support continuity of learning and routine
- Adapt educational experiences to global environments and cultural contexts
- Maintain high levels of organization, preparedness, and flexibility
Family Collaboration & Discretion
- Partner closely with parents in a collaborative, respectful, high-trust relationship
- Coordinate smoothly with other household staff, specialists, or tutors
