Nomad Desk is seeking an IT Department Jr. Associate to provide technical support, assist with system maintenance, and ensure smooth IT operations within our organization. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for software and network issues.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
- Support software installations, updates, configurations, and re-installations.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and security measures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly summaries highlighting key activities and accomplishments.
- Ensure the issues database is updated consistently on a daily basis.




- Monitor employees' daily activity and attendance.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system administration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel to Culiacán Centro as needed for training or support
