We are seeking a **Senior Paralegal (Level 3)** with strong experience in employment-based immigration. In this role, you will partner with attorneys and internal teams to manage client accounts and drive immigration processes to completion. You will take on significant drafting and case management responsibilities, ensuring compliance and timely filings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, file, and track employment-based immigration petitions.
- Collect and review supporting documentation for employer-sponsored cases.
- Maintain immigration case files, calendars, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with attorneys, HR teams, and clients to gather necessary information.
**Qualifications**:




- Minimum **3+ years of employment-based immigration experience**.
- Direct experience with **L-1, PERM, H-1B, TN** (mandatory).
- Additional experience with **EB-1, O-1, E-2** or other complex petitions is a strong plus.
- Strong legal drafting and organizational skills.
- Experience working with immigration case management systems (Filevine or similar preferred).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
