Quality assurance engineer is responsible for surveillance the shop and test cell procedures to make sure that the activities are performed in accordance with aeronautical regulations, Quality Management System, technical publications and customer requirements, looking for the safety and airworthiness of the engine.
**Job Requirements**:
"Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
- Knowledge in technical manuals (AMM, EIPC, ESM)
- Knowledge in the turbofan engines (CFM56 and LEAP Engines)
- Knowledge and experience of Quality tools, 8Ds methodology & DMAIC
- Knowledge and experience of CORE TOOLS
- Knowledge and experience in validation of machines and equipments
- Knowledge in aeronautical regulations (AFAC, FAA, EASA, AS9110)
- Basic knowledge in Safety Management System
- Basic knowledge in machining procedures & chemical cleaning procedures
- Use of POWER BI and Excel (pivot tables, macros)
- Soft skills (team leader, effective communication, initiative)"
