**Requirements**:
- University degree on Psychology, Industrial relations or related
- 3 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
- Recruitment operative, administrative and expats
- Employee Laborals Relations and knowledge on LFT
- General services (Supplier services)
- Knowledge Payroll, Reporting & Analytics
- Knowledge in NOM 035 STPS 2018
- Knowledge IATF 16949
- Experience with Union negotiations
- **Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English.**
