We are looking for a **Payoff Specialist** to manage account payoff options, support billing coordination, and help improve conversion results through accurate financial analysis and client follow-up.
**Pay**
- **Gross monthly salary**: MXN $20,000
- **Net monthly salary**: MXN $17,068
- **Performance bonus**: Up to 25% of annual salary, paid quarterly
**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.
- 30-minute lunch break
- Two 15-minute breaks during the day
- 2 days off
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review assigned accounts daily, including payment history, balances, and billing schedules.
- Identify accounts eligible for payoff and calculate offers within approved financial thresholds.
- Present payoff options to clients, explain financial terms, and negotiate agreements according to guidelines.
- Coordinate with the billing team to adjust balances, close schedules, and document all account activity.
- Track offers, acceptances,



and collected cash, and escalate exceptions when needed.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Billing, or Accounts Receivable.
- Full bilingual proficiency in **English and Spanish**.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including **VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and filtering**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing complex payment schedules.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience with installment-based billing.
- Familiarity with **Workday** or a similar ERP system.
