Join a professional international work environment where your negotiation skills and financial follow-up experience can make a real impact. We are looking for a **Recovery Specialist** to support delinquent account management and help drive strong recovery results in a structured billing operation.
**Salary**:
**Base gross monthly salary: MXN $20,000**
**Base net monthly salary: MXN $17,068**
**Performance bonus**: up to 25% of annual salary, paid quarterly
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.
30-minute lunch break + two 15-minute breaks
2 days off
**What you’ll do**
- Manage accounts that are 360+ days past due.
- Review account history and payment activity to determine the best recovery strategy.
- Contact account holders to secure payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Document all account activity accurately and escalate cases when needed.




**What we’re looking for**
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or Accounts Receivable.
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish, written and verbal.
- Strong Excel skills, including filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Strong negotiation skills with a professional approach in escalated situations.
