Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in **immigration legal services**, is seeking an **Accounts Receivable Supervisor**. The client focuses on assisting individuals in the United States to regularize their immigration status through legal processes such as work permits, visas, and permanent residency.
This role plays a critical part in overseeing the **full receivables lifecycle**, ensuring that billing operations are executed with precision and that outstanding balances are collected in a timely manner. The supervisor will lead daily team operations, monitor AR aging, run performance and review meetings, and drive continuous process improvements to reduce delinquency and improve efficiency.
**Must-Have Skills**:
- **Proven experience leading Accounts Receivable teams**:
- Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset
- Advanced Excel skills (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)




- Bilingual English/Spanish (professional communication required)
**Nice-to-Have Skills**:
- Experience with reporting dashboards
- Background in process improvement initiatives within finance/AR
**Key Performance Expectations**:
- Reduce early-stage delinquency
- Maintain AR aging within targets
- Ensure high billing accuracy
- Improve team productivity and operational efficiency
